David Gaines

David has a proven track record and a passion for business growth. His skills and initiative led him from Production Manager to Senior Management in the UK for the international successful Stannah Stair lifts where he gained his Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Management.

Since moving to New Zealand he has consulted with leading businesses. Highlights include his work with Agri-feed where David implemented lean systems resulting in doubled production and increased profits. In collaboration with the engineers and factory staff employees he developed and commissioned a new machine for higher production.

At Excel Corporation implementing his lean techniques resulted in significant quality improvements, efficiencies and improved departmental performances.

David’s fervent belief in the need to develop managements’ people skills has also delivered results for his clients. Focusing on employees as human capital, realising their worth to the business and then facilitating excellent communication, decisiveness and the ability to build good relationships with employees, has led to the creation of strong positive cultures.

David delivers development services and training that lead to continuous improvement, significant quality advancements, cost and time saving efficiencies and a greater and growing market share. 



Sandra Gaines

Sandra has been an educator and trainer for over 20 years and holds a Master of Education from the UK. She has an extensive professional history including coaching, mentoring and personal development and is a trained Life Coach. Sandra has also co-edited a text book on advanced communication.

Since moving to New Zealand Sandra has been retained as an educator for the Bay Of Plenty District Health Board. In this ongoing role she delivers education, group and personal one-on-one training, to managers and their staff. Her facilitation and negotiation skills are utilised by senior management and she has been requested to chair and facilitate groups at all levels of the BOPDHB's multi-disciplinary team.

Sandra is passionate about supporting people to achieve a life balance to reach their potential in the workplace and their personal lives. Her philosophy is one of encouraging and building capability for her client's enabling them to take responsibility for on-going innovation and growth.

She has experience in one-to-one and group coaching, team development and facilitating effective leadership skills. Her specialist areas include; leadership, effective time management, improving communication skills, performance management, effective meetings and managing change.

Sandra produces and delivers tailor made training and/or coaching packages customised to individual customer needs.



Anthony Gee

Tony has worked in Chartered Accountants offices for over 25 years and been in an accounting environment for over 30 years. With a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (Wintec) and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Massey University) he has combined skills and knowledge to assume responsibility for internal training on computer systems and assistance to external clients on software and accounting practices that improve business outcomes.

He is experienced in preparing IRD compliance returns (GST, FBT) and annual accounts. His own business 'CBIZ Ltd' has an extensive and long-term clients. Of the many business services Tony delivers he is most passionate about training.

 


Dean McLeod

Dean started from the shop floor and due largely to his ambitious nature has since excelled and been recognised for his expertise in improving businesses. Highlights of his career include National Procurement Manager for Housing New Zealand and Operational Manager for Placemaker.

Dean formed his own company in 2000 and has developed a substantial client list throughout New Zealand. He is analytical, logical and pragmatic, has practical skills and a hands on approach to working with the businesses he consults. Dean’s systems and technological experience is always in great demand, he specializes in: Opix “Pick” System, AS400 (IMAS), SAP R/3, Exceed 4000 WMS, Microsoft Office & Project, Exceed WMS, JDE ERP, Voice Pick and RF Technology and Apple Mac.

 


Vicky White

Vicky White from Abacus Business services has extensive experience in financial accounting. During her career as a Charted Accountant she has been drawn towards learning about the processes behind the data that makes up the financial statements. She has developed skills with internal audit, system improvements and how there can be accountability and efficiencies.  Analyse and understand processes and not just the end result whether it be operational processes or financial processes. She has excellent project management skills, business process mapping, restructuring, financial and operating systems implementation experience.

 



Jo Allum

Jo is Director of Yojo Design, delivering design and marketing services and The Purple Box, the authorised representative of OneGratis ‘the loyalty app’ in NZ. She also holds the position of Creative Director of OnStreet Publishing in Australia.She has been instrumental in the successful launch and expansion of businesses, using her creative, publishing and marketing skills in the UK, Australia and NZ. Her experience ranges from being key to "The most successful launch in Australian publishing history” for PMP, to the development of high-value marketing campaigns, products, services and events to provide ROI for clients that include:Parenting Australia, The Independent Regional Newspaper Group, Pacific Circle Music Convention (PCM98), The Big Breakfast (dot-com launch), ARIA, Macleay College, H. Bauer Publishers, IBM, Coles/Myer, Asda, Reebok, and Dunhill.

 


 

Helen Jarman

Helen Jarman from Core Business Ltd has extensive experience as banking professional. She has worked in many areas of the retail banking sector, from direct customer service through to lending, with more than 10 years at branch management level. She is a strong advocate for ‘the right people for the right jobs’, utilizing effect recruitment, induction, training, mentoring and coaching strategies to achieve this.
